Our hiring process

We move quickly and respect your time. Most candidates complete our process in two to three weeks: a 30-minute intro call to understand your background and what you're looking for, a short take-home exercise that reflects real work (compensated for senior roles), and two focused conversations with the team. No whiteboard puzzles, no trick questions, no panel of twelve interviewers. Just an honest conversation about whether we're a good fit for each other.
