- NewAI deal scoring: every deal gets a 0–100 win-probability score updated hourly based on activity, stage velocity, and historical patterns
- NewAdaptive sequences: automatically skip or accelerate steps based on email opens, link clicks, and reply sentiment
- NewSmart reply detection: inbound replies are parsed by LLM to classify intent (interested / not now / unsubscribe) and route accordingly
