Contact and lead data: If you use our CRM or Data Enrichment features, we process the contact data you import or enrich. You are the data controller for this information; we process it on your behalf as a data processor.

Service providers: We use trusted vendors to operate our business, including Stripe (payment processing), AWS (cloud infrastructure), Resend (transactional email), and Crisp (customer support chat). These vendors are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
Data enrichment providers: When you use our Data Enrichment features, we query third-party providers (Apollo, Clearbit, Clay) on your behalf. Your query data is subject to those providers' privacy policies as well.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation, then delete it within 30 days of the retention period ending.
Enrichment cache data is retained for 90 days by default (configurable on Professional and Enterprise plans) to reduce redundant API calls and costs.
