The Campaign Builder is a drag-and-drop editor for creating multi-channel outreach campaigns. Build sequences, set conditions, and launch to your audience in minutes.

Campaign Types

• Email Sequence, A series of automated emails sent over time with configurable delays.
• Drip Campaign, Triggered by a specific action (e.g. form submission, trial signup) rather than a fixed schedule.
• Broadcast, A one-time email sent to a segment at a specific date and time.
• A/B Test, Split your audience to test different subject lines, body copy, or send times.

Building a Campaign

Click New Campaign and choose a type. Add email steps by dragging them onto the canvas. Connect steps with delay nodes (e.g. "Wait 3 days") or condition nodes (e.g. "If opened → send Step 2A, else → send Step 2B"). Preview each email in desktop and mobile view before activating.

Audience Selection

Select your audience from a saved segment, a contact list, or a dynamic filter (e.g. all contacts in the SaaS industry with 50–200 employees who have not been contacted in 30 days). The audience count updates in real time as you adjust filters.
