Enrichment credits are the currency used to enrich contact and company records in MarketrixAI. Each enrichment action consumes a certain number of credits depending on the depth of data requested.

Monthly Credit Allowances by Plan

Credit Reset & Rollover
Credits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. If you consistently use fewer than 80% of your credits, consider downgrading to a lower plan. If you regularly exceed your limit, upgrade to avoid overage charges.
Monitoring Credit Usage
Go to Dashboard → Enrichment Credits to see your current usage, a day-by-day consumption chart, and a breakdown by action type. You will receive an email notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly credit limit.
