Companies are the top-level entity in MarketrixAI's CRM. Every contact, deal, and activity is linked to a company record, giving you a complete 360° view of each account.

Creating Companies

You can create companies manually, import them from a CSV, or have them created automatically when a contact is enriched. Each company record includes:

  • Company name, domain, and logo, auto-populated via enrichment
  • Industry, size, and revenue, sourced from Apollo and Clearbit
  • Technology stack, shows which tools the company uses
  • Social profiles, LinkedIn, Twitter, and website links
  • Associated contacts, all people at the company
  • Open deals, active pipeline opportunities
  • Activity timeline, emails, calls, notes, and meetings

Company Intelligence

MarketrixAI automatically scores each company based on their fit with your ideal customer profile (ICP). The ICP score (0–100) is calculated from industry, company size, technology stack, and recent growth signals. Companies with a score above 70 are flagged as high-priority accounts.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple companies to perform bulk actions: assign to a team member, add to a campaign, enrich all contacts, export to CSV, or delete. Bulk enrichment consumes one credit per contact enriched.
