Sequence Builder

Build sequences with up to 10 email steps. Each step has a configurable delay (hours or days), send window (e.g. weekdays 9am–5pm in the recipient's timezone), and personalisation tokens. Sequences pause automatically when a contact replies.

Personalisation Tokens

Use double-curly tokens to personalise any field: {{first_name}}, {{company}}, {{job_title}}, {{industry}}. Tokens are resolved from the contact record at send time. If a token has no value, the fallback text is used instead.

Sending Infrastructure

MarketrixAI sends from your own connected mailbox (Gmail or Outlook) to maximise deliverability. Emails appear to come from your personal address, not a marketing platform. Sending volume is automatically throttled to stay within Gmail and Outlook daily limits.

Tracking & Analytics
