The Deal Pipeline gives your sales team a visual, drag-and-drop board to track every opportunity from first contact to closed won.

Default Pipeline Stages

You can rename stages, add new stages, or create multiple pipelines for different products or regions. Each pipeline has its own conversion funnel analytics.

Deal Cards

Each deal card shows the deal name, associated company, deal value, close date, and the assigned team member. Cards are colour-coded by close date: green for on track, amber for at risk, and red for overdue.

Deal Automation

Set up automation rules that trigger when a deal moves between stages. For example: when a deal moves to Proposal Sent, automatically send a follow-up email sequence and create a task for the account executive to call within 48 hours.

Forecasting

The pipeline forecast view shows weighted revenue by stage and close date. Adjust the probability weight per stage to match your historical win rates. The forecast updates in real time as deals move through the pipeline.
